We offer a variety of services to support Pre-K through 12 schools, organizations, and institutions of higher education that are looking to institute culturally responsive and sustaining approaches and promote equitable student outcomes. Unless otherwise indicated, all services may be accessed individually or in conjunction with other offerings.
Assessment & Strategic Planning
As educators, we understand that in order to plan for the future, you must first have a clear understanding of where you currently stand. To that end, we provide several services to support schools and organizations in this stage of their journey.
Learning Experiences & PDs
Our team has developed a myriad of learning opportunities for varied constituency groups including board members, leadership teams, staff and faculty, students, parents, etc. These may take the form of direct instruction or they may employ a train-the-trainer format.
Restorative Practices
We work with schools and organizations to implement structures and practices that foster a strong sense of community and collective responsibility. Rooted in centuries of Indigenous traditions around the world, this approach encourages social-emotional wellness.
Program Development
Based on identified areas of need, we are equipped and prepared to facilitate the development of culturally responsive and sustaining programming that has been shown to best support the needs of students, staff/faculty, and parents/caregivers.
Technical Assistance
Given that our consultants bring decades of experience and expertise in their respective fields of education, we are able to offer targeted support to build organizational capacity for the purpose of developing equity-centered teams that foster continual growth.
Other Speaking Engagements
Although our primary focus is supporting the holistic education and growth of young people, we are available for speaking engagements for non-education related organizations and companies. Please request a consultation for further information.
